Learn Ruby by doing! Code katas at the library

Thursday, July 20, 2017 - 18:30 to 20:00

Hello Rubyist!
at the "Learn Ruby by doing!" night you will improve your Ruby by working on code katas with the support of one professional Rubyist. Complete beginners are more than welcome. Space is limited to few attendants to make sure everyone receives the proper support. Please bring your own laptop.
A kata is an exercise in karate where you repeat a form many, many times, making little improvements in each. Code katas bring the same concept to software development. If you are completely new to Ruby you can try it first in your browser. Then you can check some code katas at codewars or exercism.
Looking forward to meeting you and have a great Ruby time together,Alfredo
